Sara Wilder

Sara is a lover of nature, dance, poetry and deer. Findhorn Bay has her heart. Her background is in Women's Aid, where she worked over the course of 10 years with minority ethnic women and children fleeing domestic violence, honour based abuse and forced marriage. She then found her way to Findhorn through Shamanic practice and a call to dive more deeply into nature. She spent a few years traveling between the realms and worked for a while at the Bakehouse Market, before finding her place in community as Events Manager at the Phoenix Cafe. For her this is true ‘Love in Action’ and she finds great joy in being in service to the community in this way. And having spent a year in Spain running an albergue for pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago it is appropriate that she is managing our Guestlodge and Bunkhouse, welcoming Findhorn’s ‘pilgrims’.
